How does the process work? TOP

Simple. 
 
Once you place your order you email us or send by standard mail your favorite photos and we do the rest. 
 
Your photos are modified and sent to you for your approval before we begin your keepsakes. 
 
Once we have your approval, your keepsakes are sent to you in less than two weeks excluding shipping time.

How do I get my Photos to you? TOP

JPEG's at a minimum of 300 dpi are preferred. 
 
Please do not crop your photo.  We prefer to do this.  Just give us specific intructions if you would like it cropped a certain way. 
 
Please do not send negatives or original photos that cannot be reproduced, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
 
 

Which photos work best? TOP

Any size up to 8"x10" can be submitted.   We transform your photo by cropping, resizing and editing the photos to produce the best photo for your keepsakes. You always want to start with a clearly focused good quality image.
 
 Images are converted to sepia or black and white upon request.

How long will it take to receive my items? TOP

Most orders will be completed within 2 weeks excluding shipping time.  Please allow for additional time during the holidays.  If we are running a longer turn-around time we will notify you to let you know.

Do you provide gift wrapping? TOP

Yes.  All jewelry is presented to you in a beautiful mesh organza bag. 
 
Ornaments and night lights all come in a gift box with a personalized photo gift tag and a beautiful ribbon.
 
We will even ship directly to the recipient of the gift upon request.
 
 

Do I get my photos back? TOP
Absolutely.  We return all photos with your finished keepsakes. 

What if I only want to use one face out of a group shot? TOP
Just let us know what portion of the photo you would like and we can do this for you at no charge of course.

Can you make people appear closer together or remove busy backgrounds? TOP
We always take these extra steps when modifying your photos.  This is included in the cost of your keepsakes.

Can I use professional photographs? TOP

Only if you obtain a limited copyright release form from the photographer who took the photos.
 
By placing this order, purchaser confirms that they own tth rights or have permission to duplicate photography and it's subjects and agree to indemnify Photo Expressions by Julie of any claims to the contrary.
 
 

What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns. However if for some reason there is a problem with your order we will always work with you to resolve it.   

May I see the proof of my photos before it is created? TOP
Yes!  We always make the needed modifications to your images, create any messages and email you for your approval before we begin creating your items.

Is your credit card processing system safe and secure? TOP

 
 
Yes. Your credit card information is always processed using PayPal Link Payment Processing.  PayPal is the industry leader in secure payment processing.  You can rest assured that your information is processed safely and securely when you order from us.
