Shipping-
We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping and handling no matter how many items you are ordering. I currently do not accept orders outside of the United States.
All items are shipped USPS mail. We will notify you once your package is shipped and let you know when to expect your items to arrive. A tracking number will be emailed to you as well once the package is mailed.
If you are local to the Green Bay area you may enter the voucher code Local Pickup when checking out and it will remove the shipping charge. When your order is finished, you may pick it up.
Return Policy: The keepsakes I create for you are not returnable as they are created especially for you. However, if there would be a problem with the quality I always stand behind my work and promise I will do whatever it takes to make you 100% satisfied.
